How would you guess Joe Biden has spent his retirement? Most people probably suspect the confused former president has kept himself busy by falling off bikes, yelling at clouds, and staring at walls with his mouth agape. While all of that is likely true, he has apparently done something else as well: written a book.

Biden announced the forthcoming release of his latest memoir on Wednesday, posting this attention-seeking video and promoting the product as a complete exposé of his time in the White House. The book will obviously paint a very favorable picture of the 83-year-old politician and completely ignore the reality that he has the cognitive ability of a potato. 

Even in his simple two-minute trailer, Biden seems out of it. Making a clip that makes the man appear lucid was clearly too tall a task for his publicists, as doing so is likely impossible. The most pressing question surrounding this story is whether a single American truly believes the former president wrote this book himself. We cannot imagine the answer is yes.
